MERKUR BETS Malta Ltd. is seeking an experienced CRM Manager. As CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic CRM initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Create and roll out effective CRM campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including onsite, email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and user interaction.
- Work closely with data teams to build targeted and data-driven CRM initiatives.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies for each player value segment to strengthen loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure CRM activities align with wider business goals whilst keeping in mind relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor actions to keep CRM efforts innovative and competitive.
